At Chess, Community, Learning LLC, doing business as CCL Chess, we strive to provide high-quality products, services, and experiences to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund for eligible products or services under the following conditions:
- Digital Products (e.g., online courses): Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless there is a technical issue that prevents access or use.
- Chess Lessons, Camps, or Events: Full refunds are available if the cancellation request is made at least 2 days before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund or credit at our discretion.

- If approved, we will provide return instructions (if applicable).
- Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.
